The doctors and the nurses are well behaved and dignified , they provide good treatment but their is a serious issue of allotment of rooms. The reception people are very careless about room allotment and they provide semi private rooms where there are about 4-8 beds and when you ask for a fully private room, they do shallow commitments about providing single bed rooms but will just waste your time and give excuses after excuses. So if you just want to consult any doctor then this medical centre is good but if you want to get admitted then I will advice that there are way better hospitals in terms of service and room allotment in East Delhi itself.

Extremely bad situation at this center. No social distancing. The staff is not helpful. Dont go for vaccination here as they make you stand in a narrow corridor which gets extremely crowded.

This institution has good medical staff. My doctor was Dr. Y Jhamb(Surgeon) he was very well behaved and did the surgery pretty well. The nursing staff too is very caring especially Ms. Priyanka , she used to visit me very frequently and was really caring and friendly. The medicL staff really was up to the mark but the issue lies in the reception staff , they are very careless in allotting private rooms. Thus availability of rooms is a severe issue but the medical staff is really good.

I had a good experience at pushpanjali medical centre. The doctors nurses and the whole staff there treat patient with utmost patience and care...They keep patient at their first priorty and if do not have any attendant with u, the nursing staff makes sure to take an extra care ,they arrange for medicines which has to be brought from the drug store( chemist). The other allied health professionals also visit and ask patient if he or she needs anything, very courteous and generous towards the patient.The only problem i faced there was the patient load is more in comparison to staff..

My wife was admitted on 14th Sept21 for delivery. Next day during her operation time my mother went unconscious and collasped, without any prior information all the staff members and senior doctors took her case on priority and provided immediate medical attention. My mothers case got quite serious however entire team of Pushpanjali medical centre treated her so well that she was recovered on the very same day.We blessed with a baby girl on 15th Sept21, the entire nursing staff, doctors and the admin staff took great and appropriate care of my wife and the newborn.This hospital has become a life saviour for my family.Overall I had a fantastic experience with Pushpanjali medical centre and would recommend others to prefer for any medical care.

It was such a smooth experience to get vaccinated with Covaxin here. From billing to getting the vaccine, it only took 15 mins. The nurse did her job pretty smoothly, and then we were there in another room for 30 mins for post-vaccination observation.I believe all the people who have posted negative reviews regarding vaccination facility went on Sunday at peak time. You can not expect everything to function at its best during peak hours. If its possible for you, go on any other day and you wont face any issue :)

Very bad experience, no service ,behaviour of staff was not good just having intention to increase bill more & more. In ICU, patient ask the nurse for calling of his attendant but they cant hear or neglect it.Nemulizer machines and oxymeters are also not working
