Poor service....Asked for qr code of mobikwik cash counter refused wait said angrylly...said he dont have qr code... mobikwik sales representative said i have give but then he said i will not give as i dont have time due to rush...then i need to pay through cash

Very bad as I tried the times but everything is disappointing.There sweets and even dhokla is smelly and fungus on Sandesh.

I Purchased ghewar from Netaji franchisee under assumption that this is going to be the same as Sector 13 one. But to my surprise it was no where near that. The franchisee of Netaji Su hash place is much worse...this Franchisee is not upto the brand reputation and I am not going to buy anything from this franchisee

Let me share both good point and bad points.1. One of the duty managers, Upendra is very helpful and goes beyond the call of duty to support your needs.Last month there was a religious function at my place for which I wanted food to be packed and sent within a certain time frame to my home. He arranged that. Also for distribution post the function, I needed packets to be assembled in a particular manner. Most sweet shops declined and so did other duty managers at this outlet. But Upendra supported me.Please note, this was the time during the Covid restrictions where only home deliveries were allowed.2. The bad thing, the quality and ingredients are getting deteriorated by the month. I have time and again complained that the Bengali sweet Cheena Sandesh must contain Cheena which is like raw paneer hand grinded or mashed. But at this outlet and others, they simply use Khoya in Cheena Sandesh. Khoya as you all are aware is dried up and solidified milk. The taste becomes awful when they do it. After repeated complaints they stopped doing it for a while. But today I went and ordered the same dish of Cheena Sandesh. Not only it again has a substantial adulteration of Khoya, but then the Khoya itself is of poor quality. Must be pretty old as it has become granular.For those not familiar with this dish, making Cheena is time and labor intensive so they simply cut corner and use Khoya to reduce cost and effort.3. Tanatan Dhokla is supposed to Dhokla fried and seasoned with some spices. In this outlet they simply put loads of Tomato ketchup on the dhokla and serve it as Tanatan (fried) Dhokla. This was the worst experience.4. Not sure of what is the big deal of making a fuss of adding a few chutney packs with a kilo pack of Dhokla, they do it at all other outlets and Haldiram and other. This outlet has a lot of trouble doing that.5. Overall, the outlet is satisfactory, but these points are increasingly becoming a concern. I am certainly never going to purchase Cheena Sandesh in future. But if the deterioration continues then I may to discontinue visiting the store.

Their location is very good, but food is not that worth. I have ordered Punjabi Chole kulcha and this is the only thing which I like from their menu. Place is good and it can be better and more happening place. Service is good and friendly. They also maintain a good hygiene. But if you compare this place with any other such type of restaurant then this place disappoints you.

Food is good as per the good standards set by the Bikanervala company but the additional sides have disappeared and portions have become almost half...that leaves the customer feeling really shortchanged. Also, some of the sweets need looking into. I tried gujiya since it is the holi season and was soo disappointed as it was dripping with sugar syrup to make it heavy for weighing. Very disappointed with the quality. Fresh hot gulab jamuns were missing too. The newly renovated outlet looks nice and cozy but the service needs lot of improvement. The tables should be immediately cleared once a customer leaves so that the next one finds clean tables and not having to run to the manager to get the tables cleared to sit.

Everything is good except companies weird policies... there is a cap that a person has to buy 10 rasgullas minimum for packing ....Why man??you can charge additional for packaging if you have issues but you have to sort this thing

I went to Bikanercala NSP with my family yesterday (13/04/2019) for having last Navratri food. The place which at one time was always full now is generally empty with very few clients.We ordered Falahari Kabab platter and it came with things like capsicum etc which Hindus do not eat during Navratri. On asking them they said that they would bring a new platter. When we got the food again, it was nothing but few pieces of paneer. The same was just shallow fried and they added few tomatoes and sent it to our table calling it Falahari Kebab platter.No wonder the restaurant reputation is going down.I would never but stuff from Bikanervala since they dont even know what they have to serve and what they are serving.I am posting my bill and the so called Falahari Kebab platter image so that you guys can decide what is right or wrong.Note I would not have given any rating to them but since 1 star is minimum I had to do it.

The brand name is huge but food is not that great. I had raj kachori at bikanerwala and the quality and taste was not very good. The flavours and the curd/chutney mixture was also pretty less. Kachori was crunchy but filled with sprouts. Overall an average experience.

Bikanervala is one of the most famous shop or Restaurant in Netaji subhash place because the quality of foods and other reasons. But my experience is not too good from this restaurant. Prices are very high. I suggest you dhokla to eat because its taste is good.

They dont put AC on until a customer comes and request, even the AC are not in good condition, takes an hour or so to make the temperature comfortable. Everything else is not much to complain about

Extremely pathetic preparation. Really bad taste and stale items used. The staff was even unwilling to refund money for returned and cancelled items. Never going there again and will recommend anyone and everyone to not to.

One of the most pathetic outlets Bikanerwala can ever have is this one. Their walls are stained, stinking air, stale food and what not, it has everything that can make you waste your money and time. Food was not at all good in taste and service is very slow. The interior is also in a very bad condition that can make you feel pukish. ZERO RECOMMENDATION.

1. They use stale food items. Esp the things made with curd and or milk products.2. They accidentally deducted extra amount from my sodexo card. I wrote email, called them, but no reply.3. Be aware while making payments.4. Manually total the amount yourself if you do not want to pay extra.5. Raise a voice if extra amount gets [email protected] your inbox. Reply to me and return my money.

A bit rundown of a place, not at the same level as other Bikanervala outlets. The staff though helpful, can try to be more attentive. The place, furniture etc need a make-over.

I ordered 1 kg dhokla today morning . It was packed in boxes. I was supposed to take it to my hometown Panipat. And I asked the counter boy and cashier to pack it properly.and both of them agreed for it.When I reached home, to my surprise one of the box was totally open and all the dhokla water was out and spoiled on my car seat. I donot understand why such kind of carelessness is there. And why staff is not trained to handle the basic stuff.Also behaviour of outlet manager was not acceptable. I asked to remove chillies and he had too much of arguments for it. customer had to eat chillies I think now it is on outlet managers mercy.Really a bad experience.

The bikanerwala flagship sweet corner is now also a morning breakfast delight. They have a 45 rupees menu with food like poori and idli and sandwiches. Very famous though for its mouth watering sweets is also now serving Indian and South Indian lunch and dinner with free items from so called Chinese food like chowmein and fries. This outlet at NSP is also famous for its approachable location and ample parking.
