Nice and neat staying, rooms are good enough, looks like a 3or 4 star hotel. Receptionists behavior was very friendly and professional.Must stay hotel

Things i liked: 1- simple minimalistic design. No unnecessary red yellow green like bright colours. 2-hotel staff is educated with actual hotel management degrees and hotel is not run by any random old uncle without any degree. 3- Quite clean rooms. Things that need improvement. 1- room floors have stains of hard water that can be cleaned better and bedsheets must be bleached. 2- Food items mentioned in the menu must be at least 50% available.

Bad service, the food that you want is not given. Rooms are not properly cleaned. You have to remind them to come again & clean the room & the bathroom. Basic toiletries should be given without asking. But we had to ask for it. Some of the staff members were not helpful. They show attitude. Not good for personal stay but if it is for official stay & your office is close by then it is the only option. Though even for official purposes would not recommend to stay. Overall the hotel rooms have cracks in the walls. Hot water for bathing is available only from 730am till 11am. After that you have to ask for hot water which they will give you in a bucket. Not good at all.

If i could give this place a zero star than that too will be more, a bad stinking room , bad toilets , layer of dust can be visible in cupbords and tables , used sugar packets wow what a service... telephone was broken so i have to call thorugh my cell phone or walk my self down to reception for any kind services , television was broken down only 4 channels were running basic entertainment plan was also not available. take my advice and shut this place . Food , arey hear me out guys day 1 i went to have breakfast which was there in my stay , i was served with cockroache sambhar , slow claps when i called the cook , he said sir please check we are completely clean and had a pest free kitchen , and he tried to implied that i was carrying a cockroach to put in there and deteriorate the hotels image. i was about to click the picture for that but mr chef cleared it my plate in a second so that i can not click the picture . worst breakfast served till day to me by any of the hotels. bad food in night as well , half cooked panneer , i managed to eat lacchha parthas with pickle give to me by my mother .slow clappppps ...only want to thank mr rajat agarwal only person who wants to help me out , but other than him all the satff people were rude and intolerable, the person who was there to fix the lines and wearing white shirt with black jacket is such a moron that he thinks we are staying for free and arent allowed to ask for romm change or services ....

Really amazing hotel in cheap price and fully furnished room also room heater and mirror, wooden almira for clothes and ac.I recommend this hotel really you enjoy it.If online rate high as goibibo than you direct contact with hotel manager than you got room under 1000 INR.becouse covid time all over hotel price very down. Oh one more line always book hotel evening time after 5-6 pm because you check rate in afternoon time or evening time very different.

Totally amazing experience, best place to stay, best food and quite friendly staff.

Worst experience. dirty washroom, leaking tabs, shower and jetspray was not working, dirty and broken cattle and cups, dirty bedsheets. the lobby was crowded in the middle of the night and we couldnt sleep for a second due to the shouting and noise out of our rooms. management of the situation was ridiculous. left the room within 3 hours of checking.

The stay in the hotel was pleasant. Although the hotel is slightly away from main Agra , if you have your own vehicle then stay is very good. The hotel has neat rooms, good people to assist and very nice food. Overall it was a very nice experience . The room has an the airconditioning and heater system that gives good comfort in all temperatures. The water quality in the bathroom is a little concern as it is slightly hard water . We also had a driver and they also provided the driver a very good dinner @ only Rs 100.

Great place to stay in townNice staff, near bus access, very big room and silently sleep. You can find delicious food in the hotel. We found very cheap items shop near this hotel too.

I spent my new year here.. Very safe for girls, staffs are very humble and gentle towards every person. Rooms are very cosy and comfortable. Parking area is safe for vehicles. And the best part is the food. Delicious yummy food never find this taste of food in agra. Specially Hara Bhara kabab and roasted mushrooms and mutton rogan josh and fish.. I stayed there for 2 nights. Hotel is located on the highway not very difficult to locate. Sikandra monument is near to the hotel. Service was very good as staff was courteous and they followed up on my request. Good neat and tidy place. Over all good experience. I had great time there with my family.

Good arrangements

The Location maybe a little off limits, but service is impeccable. The staff here are extremely sweet and polite. The restaurant staff are some of the finest, while the housekeeping folk never shy down from greeting you with a smile. The Managers here, namely Aslam and the GM, Mr. Sudip are outrageously funny and welcoming. Worth my stay of 5 days.

My daughter through her school recently , stayed at gen x. They were clearly not happy with the cleanilines. Children staying together will mess up the room real quick. But it was not cleaned up next day. Another group from same school is to visit. Hope they will ensure to give good service.

Hotel check in was hassle free. Hotel staff was polite and helpful.Breakfast was also good.Just one thing, like we booked for executive double room. But, at the time of check-in we got offered twin rooms. But as we were three people we got those joined and was comfortable, so overall good.

Booked it for a nights stay with my wife and in laws. Although while booking i didnt had very high expectations as far as location was concerned , however, i was disappointed to the core. The property which claims to be a business hotel was nothing more that just any other hotel..the only difference being, they charged us just like a business hotel. The finishing of the rooms were below par. More importantly the service and food was pathetic. The lunch that we ordered was stale and bad to taste. Kadhai Chicken need a special mention as it was hard and tasteless and even a kid can figure out that it was stale. Evening went well because we were not in the hotel and spent it at the awesome TajMahal. Another shock came as the complimentary breakfast. The few items on offer were pathetic...idlis were hard as clay disk used for clay shooting. Just one person serving...taking orders...everything was cold including the idlis. A strict no no for those planning to stay in a reasonable business hotel.

Its a good place. Food quilty is too good. Employees are very helping and friendly nature. They will always provide an excellent service to customers.

We had there for dinner only not for staying on this hotel. A restaurant named by Tandooriya located inside the hotel. We were 18 people and we ordered so many different dishes there and as we like spicy food we got disappinted there and did not get the perfect taste served there. Though the interior and staff was well trained.

Very good hotel to stay. Approach to parking in the basement is difficult. The quality of room, service and breakfast is great. Dinner on both the days was average with very little choice. It is far away from the taj and yamuna express way. Hotel is located on the agra-delhi road.

Pathetic Experience in just 2 hours.reached room and called reception for a bucket. had to call them 4 times and wait for 15 minutes for sending the bucket.after bath I thought to watch TV. they have 32 inch TV and HD tata sky connection but the channel pack was bare basic, no english channel, no movies, no sports. I mean how much does a normal or HD pack cost? just 4-5 rupees extra per day.but the reception guy have no solution. no extra card nothing. highly disappointed.then I thought to order food. told specifically to the order taking person multiple times by going three floor down that I dont want spice or any masala in my dish.. They put gravy with garam masala and when I am asking him why he put it he is giving rubbish logics.then I asked them to provide a seccisor as I wanted to cut open a medical pouch.again after two reminders no reply and still waiting for it.I brought fruits from the nearby market and asked for knife, still waiting for it.All this in just 2 hours of my stay and hence I decided to write this review.Better choose another hotel.
