The company is involved recruitment business, overseas education.This company has no business standard, its highly non labor friendly company in the study abroad industry. Its more of self style small time baniya business model, ISIS style.Some of the flaws, can be verified by the employees:1 No Offer letter provided2 Security deductions after join the company every month from your salary, like you are working in Arab world3 Salary will be paid through cheque, on 10th of every month, its a private company its has to release the salary latest by 07th of every month4 Non payment of salary if you don’t come between 1-10 of every month, suppose if you have taken 2 off b/w 1-10 , you will get your cheque on 12th5. He uses his own employees to spy on other agencies by sending them for counselling6. He send his own employees to partner sub-contractor companies to bring their counsellors number
