Special mention to Deepak (Senior Hairstylist) , you can just leave your hair trouble to him and he will find the best solution for your hair. Another mention about Kishore (pedicure/manicure specialist), he is really good at his job. Prices are little edgy but you will know it’s worth your money after taking the service.

I have been coming to affinity agra for over a years now and have my hair done by Rashid, his attention to detail is outstanding, he is not a hairdresser... he is a hair artist. Besides Rashid the whole team are great, from the moment you walk in the receptionists are friendly and welcoming, the staff is highly skilled and well being.the whole experience is truly a treat. I would highly recommend.

A salon is known for its services which were indeed perfect here but i am writing this review for the warmth and friendliness I felt in here. The staff here is just perfect and calm. Services were top notch too. Do visit once, even if it is for a haircut, you will understand what I am saying.

The ambience of the salon will please you but as usual the staff will market their memberships, additional services and etc etc things and will spoil your peace of mind. Coming upon the service thing its moderately good but I am not much happy with the hair stylist he was rushing and couldnt understand my need even after explanations.Moreover, I faced some issues with the wax thing also but after negotiating a lot they reimbursed the extra charges which I had to pay due to non-availability of my preferred product service.Things could have been better.Also, on my second visit, the lady handling my clean up didnt even asked me for my preference or choice of service and just placed whatever brand product she felt like on my face and started with the process.Even a local shopkeeper asks for your preference of products but they are a salon with great boast, little toast.

I personally loved their service...my wedding was scheduled outstation and it was a 2 day function with 4 ceremonies...first n foremost the make up artist kept the time intact and there was no delay whatsoever...plus the quality of products used on me was good and authentic.I had a couple of looks saved and i could get exactly what i wanted.I am highly impressed and satisfied with their service and i would suggest one should give it a try.

Its always pleasant to visit Affinity express for hair related services. Services (Smoothening, Haircut, Hair spa) by Salman are really commendable. He is a nice person and always gives valuable suggestions ....

A lush place with fancy lighting but still lacks skill. Went for a haircut and came back with rough oily hair cut more than half. The person cutting my hair did not seem to have understand the need but was focused into selling his favourite cut. I had to wash my hair again after getting home. Totally not worth the price.

Lovely, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. I got Keratin treatment done from Rashid and it was fantastic and he did a brilliant job cutting & restyling my hair. He took the time to listen to what i wanted and seemed to understand my vision. Pleased with the quality of service and i would highly recommend.

The salon was good in terms of response and ambience. The people were polite and patient enough to handle the customers. The staff knowledgeable. But the I did not get what I expected. I didnt find my hairstyle really good and therefore I felt a little disappointed. So i would say the ok ok and not so efficient.

I m giving one star because 0 is not in option. I got keratin treatment done last sunday nd had an horrible experience here. Just with in a week after treatment my hair got frizzy& wvy nd all the cheap product washed away from my hair ( which was claimed to remain at least 3-4 months) that too after using the shampoo and conditioner which was recommended to me by them. This is what I get from affinity after wasting 12000 RS ( 8500 for keratin + 3600 for shmpo nd conditioner). My hair looks much more better than this after simple straightening only. I m highly disappointed Nd want my money back as u people have fooled me by looting my money. Will never recommend affinity to anyone.

The best place to get a perfect and a stylish hair cut in town. Its has a reasonable price, and the staff is also very cooperative.

I’m not satisfied, I went here for my nail extensions and I didn’t get anything from what I expected. I went there 3 times for the same thing. The first time my nail paint got off. The second time I went the nail came off. Now the third time I went they put on the nails again and then the 4th time a whole nail came off. They should give me my money back cuz this was useless. I wasn’t even able to give 0 star but in terms of policy I had to give at least 1 anyways.
