This is the first time i placed an order from this shop and have a worst experience. The cake was totally freeze and having odour smell. Even they are not agree to return or refund my order.

Worst cake....not fresh one...and fungused cake...Packing was also not good ....plz dont deliver such fungused cakes to the customer s otherwise customers will complaint to the food department about the quality of the cake as it is not good for their health...overall worst experience..
