Ask for a birthday cake for a 9 year old specially mentioned no nuts or dry fruits but they did the total opposite, they filled too much of these that it was impossible to eat. They claim that they are best as 7th heaven is a brand but I think its the worst bakery chain in india or this kamla nagar agra one is not the original 7th heaven as the brands have the first priority is customer and they dont listen to customer at all... If it reach to actual 7th heaven please look into the matter...

Very nice place and excellent quality of cakes,brownies etc with very reasonable prices.

The Taste is Rubbish and they create blunders on your cake and try to convince you that your cake look fantastic and show that their is no fault of their service. The fault is ours that we reach to that shop. They dont make your dream cake they make I dont know. But try their other bakery stuff those are good not like their cakes. And their chef is from Mumbai he do what he wants to do they dont want to listen their customers.

Staff is friendly and food is also good.
