Before to last visit it was good but in last visit experience some changes, its quit famous now but they reduce there quantity of food and quality of food also. Which is very sad. Price are same but size of tea khullad (cup) reduce.

Food is not soo good

This place seems like an outdoor home kitchen, except the surroundings they can just make you feel home with the warmth of a cup of tea, their good service and one cant help but just fall in love with the side snacks on the menu. Palak patta (leaf) chaat is one thing I liked very much, same goes with the paneer bhurji kulcha. Liked the location of the place as well, situated around a busy neighborhood, parking is free and also outdoor stands are there if you are in mood for a quick tea break. Pricing seems reasonable to the peers.

An amazing place in upscale Sanjay Place of Agra.Their menu centres around TEA (HOT/COLD).The staff is well trained & inviting.Id tasted Iced Lemon Tea as well as Ice Peach Tea. Both drinks were made in house (in front of me) without any powder. The taste was awesome.Overall, a good place in Agra for hanging out.

Cons:1) Highly overpriced place.2) Quality of food not good at all.3) the name chainess define that its made for tea but not a good tea at all.Pros:1) Location is good if you want to Spent time.2) can come with couples.3) Even if the food is bad customer service is good.4) can charge your phones but you must have your chargers with you...Overall if you want to Spent time with someone, want customer service 😅 or spent your money for nothing you can go but dont except the good quality of food.

In this place you cant sit for long without intervention by them for more order.Staff should keep this place for hangouts and to let customers enjoy by their way. The outlet Chainess offers large variety of tea in kullahads (tericott) and cups. The taste is good, the ambiance is awesome and a clean toilet on 1st floor at the busiest office place gives it a cutting edge.Recommendation:1. Tables on the 1st floor are bit shaky thus have seen people messing up with spilled tea.2. Instead of Terracotta cups if you can help with real earthy kulladhs would add up great taste and authenticity.Additionally I recommend users to certainly visit this place. It can cater to all age groups between 17 to 60.A must visit place if your there at Sanjay Place.

Not every good place is good in reality.We are one of the frequent visitors of this Chainess.But, Here you cant sit idle for hangout without intervention of owner.He cant see u to sit more than hardly 10 min without any order.I strongly condemn this.Just a few metre ahead there is CCD which is also good ambiance and also of affordable price.One should try CCD in liue of Chainess.

If you are a chai lover this is a good place for you.Thier are many varieties of chai available and cost is also affordable.Light snacks are also availaible here like smiley samosa,butter rusk etc .Fully air conditioned and staff is also good.

The best thing about the place is the decor; the chai is good, but overpriced. Could get amazing chai for pennies some place else. They have separate snacks which are very affordable and quite delicious that go well with tea, but nothing out of the box. However a good place to hang out with friends. Not a restaurant but a café so prepare accordingly. Should go once and check it out for yourself. Its pretty visible and is located on the last left of Sanjay Place if coming from paliwal park, and the first right if coming from MG road.

Visited the place for evening tea.the seating and theme is similar to rural chai shops. received a warm welcome from the manager.the menu card was vibrant and offered a selection of dishes and drinks.Had a bad experience with them really disappointed even my maid can make better chai rather then wasting 70 Rs on this place. Bad service i asked for a glass of water which they served me after 30 mins.. 😒💦
