It can be said to be biggest shop for utensils and kitchen appliances in Agra. It is also a good place to buy utensils in bulk for weddings etc. Prices are very competitive. Service needs bit attention, rest ok.

A decent kitchen items store. You can get almost everything related to kitchen in here.

One of the cheater and fraud. Always make sure you are getting warranty card and products are in new state. May be product is broken inside packing where as they can deny by saying that product was good when purchased. Always see other shops for better price. Also they selles and purvhase 2nd hand mobile but dont go for this.

Way of communication is not good. Errogant type they are talking. Quality of the products that I bought is not Good.. Further they are selling the items on MRP. No concession at all...

I have been there 2nd time... it was my real too bad experience.. I got 4 things from there... all are so expensive... same things I can get from other shops only in 7300 rupees... but I paid 8900 rupees...I bought a maharaja press... it has online price. 799. But . he charged 1799.. Hawkins cooker 1900 rupees. 5 ltr... the real cost is only 1200.Philips mixer juicer grinder... 3000. Tht can get 2700.And surya gass stove 2500.. real price is 2000...Same thing I can have from any other shops in good price.... I ll never go again kitchen gallery... I suggest u all my friends plz dont go there..... and after all he was talking about gst but when I ask him for real Bill he didnt give me... what was all?
