FRONTLINE ELECTRICAL STORE -EPITOME OF BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE .The customer service is pathetic over here. I have purchased Hitachi 4 star ac on 31st of March from this store, the sales person has promised delivery and installation within 24 hours on full payment. But the very next day he has refused to do so and declined to provide any explanation. The way they are treating customer is sad and very unprofessional at their end. My advice is dont trust this store and the sales person over here. Since , they can decline the delivery , they can refuse the service in future too. STAY AWAY FROM FRONTLINE ELECTRICALS.

After cash purchasing and billing of AC is not delivered. Next day, a salesman said that sir you can purchase other model your selected AC is out of stock and we can not arrange them either you purchase the other model or you can refund your money.

The attitude of the shop has so drastically fallen down. I went to the shop as we have been shopping from them like from last 20 years, we went to look for an AC and the guy was like yaa this and this is what we provide, and when i asked where can i see it. He was like its there (pointed me to the direction where the AC was), didnt even had the courtesy to come and sell the AC and tell me its feature and all. Just lazy bum all around the shop. They hardly care if the customer is satisfied or not. Even they kept chewing Tobacco infront of the customer which is such an unhealthy work environment.

Great stock with the shop but lack of customer executives. They dont entertain customers easily. Also the existing executives dont have proper knowledge about the products.

Service is very bad no one respond as well as not respond by phone during service call. only respond during product sales.
