Great building, the only one to have 12 floors in the vicinity!

Good decent apartments. But there is only 1 lift ... and that too a small one. When it rains the lifts stop there is water in the common area and on days with thunderstorm the windows fly down on the cars below. The interior of the apartments is clean but the fittings are again of cheap quality
