Good environment but service is not completely good. They should respect their customers.

Worst experience, service pathetic, not advised to any vivo users to visit sikandra service centre or you have to pay for it.I visited to change pop up camera and charging part is not working, according to staff camera replace but inside motor which helps to move camera up and down making sound and may damage in future so i said my pocket is not allowed plz schedule motor repair in future but staff strongly ignored and insist & forced me to do as he said but i reject & get back my unrepaired handset with worst experience and dissatisfied, so I decided not to be the vivo user any more

Vivo service center gives very low service and staff are also very insolent.There was no electricity since 2:10 to 5: 35. 9/oct/2018They didnt give the print out of Bill.

They did well. I got my phone within half an hour.

I am so annoyed right now. A few minutes ago i went to the service center to buy a data cable and what happened. The electricity supply was turned off coz of rain and i have to wait till the supply was turned on . So unhappy and frustrated.
