I went to change my phone battery but they told will be change didplay screen , charging socket and more although my phone working good , there was only battery issue, and i get it done from local market and now battery is also working good

Excellent service by Samsung. Multiple counters for customers. Proper Distancing is maintained in Corona situation. Only problem is that they take more time in processing. They do not focus on one person at a time, they deal multiple people.

Ok

I went there for my M20 screen repair as its touch was not responding. Though it became unresponsive after I updated it. But there I came to know that it was damaged ue to pressure applied on screen. I dont know how it was happened but without arguing I agreed for repair and paid advance. No issue. I got my phone repaired in 2 days and paid rest amount. Today I found that sound from speaker is not clear while on video call. This was never a problem before. So, I suspect this damage was done during repair. Created another problem for me. I have to visit again and have to spare time for it. Moreover my phone will be switched of again if they take it for correctional repair. Anyway.... I have to wait till monday or when lockdown is over.

Its a lund type servicing centre with fully confused n inefficient staff who dont know how to handle the customer. I sat there for 2 hours n there was no sign of taking my turn thats why I threw the token no. N came out without any result. Very frustrating experience.

Service center staff sometimes r in mood of helping and sometimes not ...Maybe they understand otherwise...jai hind...Get the information right before you go. What do you have to correct? Otherwise u will become a fool.

I visited this service center for repairing my j7 prime phone which had charging problem for that they asked me around 8000Rs.( In my case my phone was out of warranty).After that I visited normal phone repairing shop there my phone got repaired completely in 2000 Rs only( Found battery and IC problem)Overall I experienced in this store very unprofessional people sitting there who does not know anything about phones simply making fool to customers and making money.Samsung is one of best company in the mobile world but they are hiring these kind ppl for customers service centerThen its not going to work for them , soon they will spoil their image in mobile market.And general things inside service center AC is mounted but not working.And my friends if you are going to visit this service center for any kind of mobile repairing issue keep it mind they are going to kill your complete day.

DO NOT GO HERE.....Worst ever service center. Instead of this touted center go to the sanjay place one. I visited Sah market center in summers....the place is all glass with no AC .....its like punishing you for having a Samsung .I have a black body s 8 and he requested me to put a golden screen because they didnt have a black screen.Never ever go to this center..Shame on Samsungs name.
