Its been 3 days since I bought the laptop(HP14s i3 11th Gen.....) nd also got this nice bag along with it from password nd its really working fine nd nice. The way they treat their customers is really appreciative the hospitality nd the way they interact gives a friendly vibe too. Really an Amazing computer shop, I wanted to make a custom PC for myself and I got most of the parts here for reasonable price, my PC Build needed a Graphics card and the Owner was able to get me a pretty good deal on the GPU, you can have an entire PC Built by them, you can be present during the build to make adjustment or you can just buy the parts here take them home and build the PC yourself

They are only interested in selling you laptop , which anyway you can get in cheap price from Amazon.After they sell you laptop, if something wrong happens, they are interested to repair it. My acer nitro gaming laptop which I bought from here was not working probably due to duplicate display card.When I said to repair, he will simply say to go to acer showroom or tell it will cost 20m for repair.

I stay in USA and use a macbook pro for my work. I have been working from home for last one month and suddenly due to power fluctuation my macbook pro charger got a short circuit and stopped working...since this is my work laptop it was very important that I get a new charger immediately...not knowing what to do i went to their store... the storeowner understood my urgency and leaved no stone unturned to help me. He called up his connection in Kolkata and promised me to hand over an original mac charger within 24 hrs...I was pleasantly surprised when he infomed that the charger is already here... I could join back office on time. This was really commendable to arrange for an original mac charger in Agartala within 24 hrs. Highly recommended place

I recently visited their store to know what would be the price of a Gaming pc if they build it with my specifications, and I was actually surprised that the price was good. I mean for the specifications it was cheap and the same time they offered me good quality parts.But the reason why I gave 4 star instead of 5 star is they dont have good machanical keyboards and optical mouses. Atleast till now.
