Customer service need to improve, good location for accessing internet, but its very slow on rush time, rest are ok

You gotta wait atleast half an hour there, then the form filling up process begins.Keep extra money with you, cause they can charge more than what you expected.Otherwise their behaviour is quite good.

Its a nice place with enough space. But, a little criticism though, if the internet speed could be a little faster and the chair be a little better( i stayed there for 4 and half hour so i was not feeling very relax with the plastic chair they provided) i would have rated it 5 of 5.If they can ugrade to inprove the network speed to be faster. Than this may be the best cyber cafe at Agartala.( also if they introduce windows 10 here as well )

Manna da is the most helpful guy there. They charge Rs.100 fr any kind of form fillup.

You need a ID card to enter in Net Zone and its good fo public use net is also good here.☺👍Its in front of Suzuki bick showroom.

The staffs are very incompetent. Not helpfull at all. The give a impression that they are the only internet service provider.
