Overall, I had good experience with Ginger Hotel, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant. Though rooms are small but well maintained.location is advantage for morning walk. Heritage Park is nearby to feel breezing morning.

Stayed here during the quarantine period. The rooms are spacious and cozy. It has all the basic amenities required in a 3star hotel. The prices are on the higher side though specially when it comes to food. An overall good experience.

Room service charges are exorbitantly high compared to the food. Breakfast (idli and Paratha were terrible. )..the receptionist lady didnt even respond on complaining about the food quality. With a straight face she responded 1800 is the bill... Terrible!!!

Hotel was overall okay.. stay was comfortable, but there are mosquitos even if u dont open the windows (guess they come from bathroom). Basic facilities like toiletries and chappals are available only if paid for. Bathrooms were too small especially the shower space. Food was also okay.. didnt have much of a problem. Restaurant menu has very less number of dishes. When compared to hotels of other places, this one is not worth the price. But when compared to other hotels of Agartala, this one is in the top 5.

Food was superb and tasty... Room size and bad disappointed. Especially the mattress and shower.... Room finish was also very bad.... Its like hostel and not a hotel..

Worst Class Facility in such a 3 star hotel.. Shame!🤬🤬 Actually I booked a Standard Double Room in this hotel .. When I reached the hotel after check in time, the one who is receptionist, she told me that all are Standard Double Room are packed, now they can provide us a single room with extra bed. if I will not comfortable then they refund the entire amount within 25days🤬🤬.. Is not her duty to inform me that before the check in time😠??When I asked to see the room, she refused me to do it.. But I saw the Standard Double Room are still available in that time..I booked this so called 3 star hotel for this purpose atleast they can provide minimum level of facility (Bed)..You can see, I attach the photo of the room that they provide us extra bed in another side🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬( when I booked Standard Double Room with Double size bed, is not their responsibility to provide atleast double size bed or attach single bed????😠🤬)Such a Worst, Poor facility 🤬Not Visit Again🙠ğŸ™

The hotel is quite Good. And very friendly staff. And most importantly 24hr check in. I checked in at 1am. Clean and very well furnished room.But the food is a little bit expensive.

Safety wise 100% service wise 100% actually best hotel in tripura service wise..but they provide single chair in double room maximum people have dinner in their room ....they should provide 2 chair in double rooms...& 2 cups with 2 pouch of coffee & tea...

I had made a visit to Agartala in February 2020. Agartala doesnt not have a huge range of hotels to choose from so we chose Ginger because it looked amazing. And we werent wrong. It had a great room with all the amenities you might require. Also it had a great buffet which served both veg and non veg for breakfast and lunch. The staff was also very polite and friendly.

I had made a visit to Agartala in February 2020 and we chose to stay in Ginger because it seemed to be the best choice! And really it was a great experience! Agartala doesnt have a lot of great options to stay but Ginger was outstanding with all the amenities that you may require. Also we had a buffet breakfast and lunch which had a great variety to choose from. The food quality was also good and so was the staff!

We stopped here from the way to the airport to our destination. The place is very clean. The staff is very helpful and courteous. We had been traveling for over 12 hours. This was a good place to stop at and grab a bit. We had fresh like soda, peanut chaat and aloo chaat. Everthiywas very nice.

The hotel is a no frills accommodation. No one to carry luggage and no ready housekeeping support. However, the hotel is clean and more or less comfortable. Food is kind of okayish. Rest of the facilities like tea bags, coffee pouches in the room are frugal (one piece only per day). It is good for executives traveling on business. Not very suitable for family vacation.

Agartala does not have lot of good hotels. In that aspect, Ginger is a nice hotel to stay. It is bit away from the centre of the city but it is not difficult to get an auto. The hotel is situated in a decent location between airport and city centre.Some of the rooms were very small (does not even have a place to put additional bed) but the staff were able to upgrade the room. They also booked an auto when we needed early in the morning to go to railway station. They were bit flexible on the check out time.We only had breakfast in the restaurant (which was part of the plan). Breakfast was good with some good options.

This is the only place in Agartala where a vegetarian guest may survive. Very cooperative staff. Travel Desk also available. If you plan to visit Unakoti, start early and take food along if you are vegetarian as there are hardly any pure veg restaurants outside Agartala. I stayed here for more than a month.

Best hotel of agartala till now. U can get CCD inside the ginger premises. Food is great inside ginger. U can go for a buffet. Its not so much costly

TATA Group Best Hotel in Agartala. Super rooms in budget Category. Food are well cooked and hygenic. Prices are high but quality matter.

Descent well trained staffs. Good service. Connectivity wise good location. The 3 star is for its pathetic food. At exorbitant high prices, the quality of food is not appalling. There was a complimentary breakfast buffet ... But couldnt sip in the tea, that bad. The idli, sambar n omlets were cold & pale, butter was half melted. Also ordered a plate of shezwan noodles for lunch. But it was annoying bad by taste.

Situated at a very good place near to airport and city. The hotel is far away from the buzz of city honks. The room service is really well co-ordinated and is available all round the time. The breakfast buffet is great and offers a wide range of options to choose from. Great service and amazing attitude of the persons in the hotel

Hotel is very good. room is small but smart clean room. washroom is also clean. only at maintenance level- there was something wrong. tv was not properly connected with cable- repeatedly it was going out of order. although they repaired. overall good & smart property.

On an average, this hotel is good. Hotel staff is quite cordial, cooperative and courteous. However, the quality of food and room amenities (basic ones viz. Tooth Kit, Shaving Kit, Comb, etc.) are not available on complimentary basis which I believe its very much required by everyone. Rest everything is okay.

About CCD .There is lack of indoor seats. They have seats outside but they are not feasible in winter and summer and agartalas atmosphere have lots of dust. The food was average . Was expecting better. The staffs were polite and well-behaved.

Its okayish. if u r staying for a office work its great . go out do your work and come and sleep or take rest. have a cofe shop ccd .. its nice one. i often hang out there
