Delivery providers do not allow you to check it before you buy it. In the description, which is given on hand, it is written - there is a smell, like any new thing, it will disappear during a short stay in a ventilated room, I can say that this is a lie, it is not clear why such materials are used or treated with something smelly, and never got it. Well have to give it to a rented apartment. I do not recommend buying.

A terrible organization of the delivery service. I made the order in advance, a week before the delivery date. The day before, no one called back, did not confirm the delivery. In the morning on the day of delivery, I call myself, the phone was picked up only after 5 attempts. Mumbled something that is not intelligible, like wait. The result is almost 18:00, and there is no answer, no hello.

Do not contact this company. Had the misfortune to buy a mattress from Lonax. It turned out to be of poor quality. Now Ive been trying to get it back for almost a month. However, the company in every possible way prevents the return of the mattress, they refuse to take it and return the money.
