I ordered the food through Zomato App..Then I called up Sartaj personally to give cooking instruction..In reply they said the food which I ordered was not available..My question was why had you accepted the order. To reply they said that I might cancel the order..Actually if the order is cancelled after the restrurant accepts the order and the payment is COD then the amount is deducted from the next order. Morever it was too late and other restrurant s were already closed.When I received the order..it was completely different and the whole food was so much of oil and salt, which I cant explain in words and I had to sleep without dinner.Then I called up the restrurant but they didnt receive my call and after some thing blocked my number..Now guys decide what should I do ???

Got to know about this cake parlour from my friend and tried it out for the first time. And the experience was pretty good. They have almost all types of flavored cakes like butter scotch, blueberry, strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, mango etc. Cakes starts from Rs.350 for 1pound (what they call 500gm), 700 for 2pound cake and so on. And one more interesting thing, if you want cake of above 1kg or 2pound, you can choose cake decorations from their catalogue too.But i would say if you had tried chocolate truffle cake anywhere else,you would be slightly disappointed after eating their chocolate cake as they dont bake their cake bread with cocoa powder or any chocolate essence. They simply bake normal bread and apply chocolate cream between different layers. But i wouldnt say that the taste was bad,it was way better than cakes of any other so called bakeries here at Agartala

Good place for an evening snack... To be honest if in Agartala and you wish to have a cake I would suggest Cake Plaza over this place... Not very impressed with the taste... Snacks too are okay but there is plenty of scope for improvement... The ambience is good though... Overall not very impressed and neither too disappointed..

Good place for Birthday parties. Bcoz it has both facility Restaurant + Cake Parlour.But one thing that I have noticed they dont give us proper bill. Its totally illegal.They just give us one slip where nothing mentioned about their GST No., Cash Memo number. They will suffer if anybody put complain against them in Consumer Forum

They gave us two times wrong order where We specifically mentioned We want chocolate cake and ordered it days before after the First Time they said it was a once in a Blue moon mistake and they give this weird chocolate chips between the layers which doesnt taste good at all. Cakes and buns is wayyy better and the cakes might look good but it is all filled with cream and less cake and they will always give you the wrong order never buy cake from here.

Excellent Service

Very good cake parlour and restorant. Its new in this palce and very special. The cakes and pastries are very tasty specially the cream is superb. Since it is new the prices are also very less and affordable ranging from ₹50- ₹60. The special part is that at the end there is transparent glass from there you can see the whole kitchen and cake making process. Must visit place for people in Agartala.

I went with my wife and son. It was good having dinner there as the atmos was well lighten with lights everywhere but i noticed that there was some problem with the ventilation as my eyes were burning when i got into the restaurant. The quality of food was average and somewhat not cheap. Hope to see some changes in the near future.😂😂😂😂

I ordered a cake for the celebration of the 25th marriage anniversary of my parents. It was an awesome cake with butterscoth and pineapple flavours in it. They showed me a lot of sample photos of cakes (2 catalogues). They also helped me to get an idea of the cake and during delivery, they were on time which makes them more of a professional. All in all, I had a great experience from Sartaj. Keep it up👍

Theyve the best pastry collection over Agartala. Their chocolate cakes are awesome. The varieties of cakes makes it more popular. The decoration of the shop is good. Theyve sitting accommodation for customers. AC fitted & customer service is very good. All the staffs were polite & professional. I loved the place & the behaviour.

Total Unprofessional behaviour from the staffs. These guys dont know how to behave with their customers , they only want to make money. The cakes are also too muchomuch u can surely get better cakes both in taste and price in Cakes n Buns.

Ordered a 2kg cake on my sons bday. Order was taken for chocolate flavour but they made it vanilla. Utterly disappointed with their unprofessional and fraudulent act.

Had good experience at the bakery and today had yet another great experience at the restaurant. Food is good and priced right. Good attentive servers.

Nice place for family friends and couple also price is reasonable and variety is available here.

Nice place food is also ok but the waiter needs some more training. hes very casual at times. The cake variety is awesome but a little expensive.
