Very good service. The rooms are clean and all of them have AC, geyser, TV. Rooms are little small, but sufficient for 2 people to stay few days. Room services are also very good.

Food is really good.... Price is moderate... Interior is really nice and air-conditioned... Staff is cooperative... And yeah the price written in the menu doesnt include GST and SGST, I mean any of the taxes...I recommend everyone to visit there...

Starting with the quality of food, which is delicious. I tried many items starting from coffee, starters to heavy meal. Surprisingly, every item i found to be mouth watering and tasty at the same time. The cost is also okay if you need a little bit class. The thing that caught my attention was that they provide fresh food and every item is available round the clock; if not, they are willing to make it if provided a little time. The service was quick and efficient. And the ambiance was okay (much is yet to be decorated). A good place for both family and friends to hangout and have a good treat. Highly recommended. 👍

Overall the experience was good. The ambience and food was good. Though it took a while to serve us food,it was worth waiting. We tried tandoori chicken (which was sooo good) ,paneer pakoda etc..

The restaurant is good, but the test and the quality of food is not upto the mark. They have to learn from Chatpata restaurant which is at 10 step ahead. I was just trying to say that the quality they are providing can be improved greatly, if they try.

Todays foodtrail stopped at Rupar Tori in search of something wow-some and nothing could have been more perfect as a starter other than Murgh Malai Kebab..It melted in mouth with a burst of flavours..When the meal stepped to the main course of Malai Murgh and Mixed Fried Rice, it turned into something magnificient.. The super silky gravy mixed with the ultra soft pieces of meat partnered with the fried rice was nothing less than a turn-on for a foodie.. The end note was a proper blend of hot Gulab jamun and cold vanilla Ice cream...For all who havent visited here yet, please treat your tastebuds with their delicacies..Being a pocketfrienfly food joint, it a sure try for all food lovers of the city...

Work time

Are you running a restaurant or opening a roadside shop? The amount of food tastes so awful. Your service is so bad, you use it so badly, dont you know what kind of spoon it is? Customers do not know the spoon? If I tell you I will take another item, you say you will not eat as much as you have. Is this your service? A disgusting restaurant

Seating arrangements are above average. Not much variety in the menu. Food served was warm and tasty. Amount served was good. Service can improve. Overall, a good dining experience

Every thing is good..the location, cleaned, well maintained, hospitality, food quality, well behaved staffs...... only one thing for which i dont give the 5 stars that is the rooms are very small in size..... otherwise everything i like.

Because its a newly built, the place is okayish. Otherwise the rooms are tiny and the services are quite awkward.

Service is really bad

We went to this restaurant during day time and ordered Ilish paturi, chef special chicken and veg pulao. Had to wait for 1 hour before the food arrived. When asked, they kept telling paturi takes time, which is understandable. What is not, is the quality of food when it came to us. Chicken was so rubbery that it was hard to digest. Ilish was extremely bad, even though the presentation of paturi was good. I k ke its hard to predict how a fish would turn out when bought but for a chef of such an upscale hotel should have the knowledge to segregate good ilish from bad ones. Now, the chicken dish was abysmal. Chewy rubbery chicken has no excuse other than chefs preparation. To be fair to them, i didnt complain it to the owner but this meal was 1000 bucks. I dont think this restaurant is value for money when it comes to upscale location and ambience provided by the restaurant. Food doesnt justify the price here. very disappointed.

6 out of 7 of us were sick after eating the food. Bad smell in the nun. They said the nun had a bad smell due to the yeast. But i think it was stale food given to us. Moreover before leaving they guranteed us we will not fall sick. But we did.

Food and interior of this restaurant very classy. Specially Biriyani is most favourite cuisine of this restaurant. Behavior very professional. Rupar tori should add in swaggy partner in Agartala.

When we entered we ordered mutton kebab but when it arrive we get shikh kebab all the foods were cold to eat moreover the delivery of food was too late we all know the mutton soup is spiceless but it Id full of spiciness in all restaurants there should be salt sos lying on the table but here is nothing after we eat we should have get hot water in a bowl but they dont give any bowl to clean our hands finally I will say that the experience is very bad and poor for all of us ,Sonar tori is best in this in tripura
