Location-wise, its the best in the city.But not enough big brands in the complex to be considered a serious marketplace.Wish they would reopen the cinema too..

Its not a shopping complex. Major part is taken over by govt offices. Municipal office is the main. This space could be the commercial hub in the city. But unfortunately the visibility of local government is not so strong

Else 10 such complexes would fall short.And, all you folks from belonia, shantibazar, and the rural parts. Stop migrating. Start developing at your own locality. There are ample scopes for investment. You guys are making the city unbearable. Its a message to the millenials, who could reckon.

Its became a major hangout place for people of agartala and also of other nearby cities/town. Now this place need to be upgraded with more space and facilities. Agartala city centre need to be shifted to some other place to accommodate growing need of a bigger hangout and leisure place.
