Food quality and quantity is moderate but the starter item, crispy chicken is delicious (highly recommended). Other chicken items are good but didnt look and taste authentic. As example I ordered handi chicken which look like normal home made chicken curry also the garlic butter naan taste like Normal tandoori roti. Other than the ambiance is good👍👍

The reason I am giving 2 star because food was average.As you can see we ordered Crispy Chicken for starters, two veg polao, one Chicken Butter Masala, one Handi Chicken (which tasted like normal chicken curry..! I doubt it was..!) and one Plain Naan for main course. All of this for four people.I must say Crispy Chicken was awesome as it should be ..!Rest were just average..!Honestly I didnt expect it.Overall experience was just OK.!

Went for the first time..and the experience was not that bad. Specially, i would say the starter options were pretty good. Try the keema devil if you like eggs.. both the bamboo biryani and chicken dum biryani was not that good. As those two were completely same. There was no smell from bamboo infused into the biryani. There was only taste of ghee on those two biryani.Apart from this, everything was quite good. The service was quick and the ambience was pretty good and comfortable.

Experience with this restaurant was fantastic. The customers are really cared very nicely and the food served seems fresh and tastes delicious.One can also organize for a small party here, cause privacy is never disturbed.Overall their performance was great. The inner beauty (the surface area inside) is clean and very nicely planned and designed that will impress a customer on his first entry itself, but, the outlook is a bit fade.Suggesting to look iver this matter a bit.Regards.

The space is compact but smartly used to accomodate as much people as possible. But that has nothing to do with the interior design, which itself is quite elegant. Additionally, there are private cabins for group functions and dining which is a plus. The service is good but could be better. Food was good, could have been better but it was DP, so with the increased demand, its understandable. Quantity could have been more too. Overall, there is space for improvement.

The food once upon a time was super tasty but now the food is not even edible...least presentable.

One of the worst restaurants operating purely on bluff.Let me explain my experience.We prebooked the restaurant one day prior for a dine-in for 9 people and informed the manager (True Caller name: Rajib Das) that we would be ordering Chicken, Mutton and Prawn.The manager informed the items will be available.The next day, before our visit, I called up the manager and confirmed if the items would be available. The manager reassured that everything is available.On reaching the restaurant, we again checked with him if the items were available and were being freshly cooked. He again reassured everything was fine.45 minutes into waiting for the food to arrive, the waiter came by and said Mutton and Prawn are not available and we would need to select some other item as alternative.The manager told he did not know items were unavailable in the kitchen and told us that Mutton and Prawn are being imported from Kolkata via Plane( what Rubbish! ) and will reach agartala in one hour.This is completely unacceptable considering that we had already informed them about the order and prebooked it one day early.We had to leave the restaurant and go to another Restaurant nearby at 3 PM in the afternoon.Such a restaurant should be immediately closed out as they dont value their customers and just want to make Money.

Dont get fooled. There is nothing Royal about this restaurant. I recently went on a date in this restaurant and it was one of the worst experiences I ever had. A restaurant is known by the quality of food and services it provides. Rest assured you wont get any of them here.The food we ordered was stale, probably some leftovers from the previous day. We ordered a shake, which even my house maid couldve made better. The shake was a diluted blend of milk and some sweeteners. And it left such a horrible aftertaste that we had to eat something else from outside. The mocktail we ordered was even worse. The umbrella over the straw was made of gift wrappers. It was astonishing to see their level of cheapness. The bill that we got was way too much than any average restaurant. It seems their model of business is to spend as much little they can on the quality of food they serve and then charge you like a fine dining restaurant.Their service was sub par, we had to ask them a number of times to give us water, which they gave us only when we were midway through our meal.The only thing they have invested heavily on is their interior decoration. It looks nice at first, but after sometime you will get claustrophobic because of the height of the room.In conclusion, I would have given this restaurant 0 star but since there is no such option in Google reviews so I had to give them the lowest rating possible.We are open and definitely not awesome. You guys will get it when you go there.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
