Unitech integrated township is a wasted opportunity. Unitech has somehow have failed in developing either due to low demand or due to case against it. Post COVID, real-estate demand will pickup exponentially due to business outlook. It is one of the best integrated township with school and various configurations types of houses with amenities. Lets hope for the best beyond year 2022 !
