Our stoppage between kottayam and trivandrum during the covid times. Had breakfast multiple times and service is good. Washrooms and clean so we prefer this place almost everytime. Food i am not saying superb but ok. Staffs are very cooperative. Nearby bakery you get imported chocolates, juices etc. Ample parking space is convenient.

Sufficient quantity of food is served. Reasonable rate. Quality is also good.Waiting time is not too much. Currently not allows dining at the first floor. Only dining at ground floor is available.Groundfloor seems like a little bit of congested.good service. Overall satisfactory.

If u are looking for a fast check out dont go to this place. There is not enough staffs, u have to spend 45 min of your time for a lunch ir dinner. For Tea and small snacks 20 to 25 min if your precious time will be gone. Food is good but tje management doesnt keep enough staffs. The staffs have to run from one end to another . i hope the management will keep more staffs so that the customers can get a fast checkout

The staffs are really polite and food was also good. We had chicken tikka and paneer tikka masala.

The adoor bypass road is filled with restaurants. One among them is Diana.Diana is a premium restaurant with premium rates on the menu.Still certain dishes are yummy. Like their top moving items are mandhi and alfaham.The waiting time is too long for every order.

One of the biggest restaurants in Adoor just adjacent to Main Central Road. However because of Covid 19 protocol none of the customers are entertained for in house dining. But they as well as the customers are preferring take aways. I ordered Chicken fried rice, Chicken roast, Chicken kabab & Chapattis for 2 persons during a jurney from Thiruvananthapuram to Ernakulam via Main Central Road. Atleast 30 to 40 minutes are the waiting period. The decency at the counter & also from the employees are good. The food is good quality, enough for two & sumptuous.

Never been to the Restaurant. But Ive had the food lots of times (Online Delivery-Delivor) Pretty good food and packing. I used to love their Beef Kizhiporotta and Chicken/Beef Kothuporotta. I find Chicken Mandhi to be not-so-good. Alfahm is small in quantity, but tasty. Also Fried Chicken Combo is pretty good.

Stopped on the way from Trivandrum to Kottayam. Good restaurant. Parking space available for 10-15 cars. Food is average, but good for the price. There is also a bakery adjacent to the restaurant.The toilets and restroom are extremely well kept and neat. Baby seats were not available, would be nice to have. A decent place to stop by and have food if you are traveling this way.

It is actually cheap. Usually served with a welcome drink if not busy. Can get busier on weekends. Surrounding is okay. But it is very budget friendly and clean.

So many hate reviews? I did not find anything to complain. Did not try the restaurant, its a good place to have some snacks on the go. Good restrooms and bakery items were great, tried the oval buns fluffy and good.

Good parking space. Even if there is no space at the lot in front, the highway has a lot of space on both sides. The restaurant is easily accessible and has an adjacent bakery as well. The staff is also polite and well mannered and covid protocols are maintained.

My first time there was quite okay.. Food was good.. Although they didnt provide a menu and had to pick few items from what the staff offered! I was happy with the food atleast!But the second and most probably the last time was really disappointing! We waited there for almost half an hour and no one showed up to take the order! Funniest thing is that two of their waiters were standing right in front of us having their chit chat time, not even bothered to ask if we have placed the order or not! We left the restaurant without having food and just told the counter staff about our experience. She apologized for what happened! Thats a relief 😅I hope they wont ruin their goodwill by such poor management!

Stops here whenever I travel through adoor. The best place to take rest n have some snacks during long journeys. There is a restaurant and separate bakery dining here. Has decent parking. Offers varieties of bakery items. Juices,shakes, tea and coffee are also available. Its a minimum guaranteed stop for every Mc road traveller. Also there are washrooms available.

Actually we(me & my friend) went to the restaurant after 10 pm. We searched alfaham a lot in adoor, pandalam, but we cant find any piece😄. Finally we find diana was open and interrogated at the reception about food. A lady was there and she havent any idea about the items that they have.. She makes more confusions and we took a table for food. After that she cleared that alfaham or grilled items are not there. And she called a guy, i think he is their supervisor or any manager. He joined with us to take orders. And he repeated the same mistakes by the girl did. But he is a polite guy, and he well managed the situation. Finally we ordered porotta and beef roast, after that a chicken soup. A supplier boy, we got for serving the dishes who takes more responsibility to ask what we eat😄😄. And the food was awesome... Thank you diana...Im just sharing our experience and, was boring by staff, but food makes us more convincing than them.

Good restaurant in Adoor Kottarakara bypass road, located very close to Adoor Traffic Signal near UIT-Kerala. Hotel is on left side when you come from Kottarakara. Food is good, Reasonable parking available. Price is bit high, staff courtesy is ok. A small bakery is also available close to restaurant.
