I reached out to zoombytes to get my monitor serviced. They are the authored service center for benq. Very pleased with the service and customer experience. During lockdown, the replacements were delayed. The owner Prashant, a soft spoken gentleman, was very prompt to keep in touch and reassure the replacement is on the way and process is in progress. Thank you so much. I will reach out for future requirements and hope to get the same experience.

Never approach them for service. Beyond Unprofessional and responsible. Gave my Benq projector for service seeing them as authorised Benq agent and it was pathetic!! I was never feeling the confidence that they know what to do and couldnt take the risk. So took my projector back (it took them 2 days to return after continuous follow up and chasing) so beware!!

Poor service quality. They doing fraud with flipkart service.
