Nice n quiet residential. Colony with 180 apartment s in 3 floor builder floors. Plus point is it never feels congested.. cons there is no big park for kids to play.

I have stayed here for a year. Its peaceful and safe. But little support you get near the complex, you need to go to B block or Samapur for every small need. The home delivery is very slow in this area. There is no public transport facility from the gate of this society you need to depend on own vehicle. There is no street lighting near this society on the main road. But the houses are big spacious and airy.

Very nice location and neighborhood but poor maintenance of buildings.

Situated just before the lotus valley international school on the outskirts of Nirvana in sector 51. The locality is safe and has guards on main entrance. Open space parking with spacious inside roads. A bit calm and secluded place , connectivity is ok but markets and shopping destination are a bit far . Phase wise construction so some flats are not that new and maintained,while some are still in construction. Overall a nice place to stay , although a bit far from Hussle n bustle of Gurgaon for couple of years more.
