My courier showing Insufficient Address, I have given the address which is on google. Still insufficient address. I dont think they have even tried to deliver the parcel & if they didnot get the address there is a option to call the customer.Customer care executive was passing her time and they were not concerned to solve my problem, gave another customer care no. but not picking call. If any senior authority is reading these comments please have a look as there are many customers who are not satisfied.

These people are quite casual in there service. I never received my Aadhaar card, although multiple time I had updated my details to get it delivered. Even my passport they didnt deliver. Tried calling their office over phone 30-40 times, not a single time any one pick-up. I think sub post offices working under this are doing the mischief.

Anything related to adhar card, Dont go here.Its just waste of time.First of all they will tell you come on Saturday between 4 to 5.When you will go on Saturday they will say Here in this government centre system is unregistered for adhar card related work.No one will pick up registered phone number.Other reasons you will listen : We have lot of other work. Many times system unregistered. Go to private centres, or go to Gandhinagar centre.

The customer service is absolutely bad I had the worst experience of my life the staff at the office are where rude and they dont give proper information

They returned my product without even calling me. I called them more than 50 times by the which was provided by the central indian post department but they didnt receive my single call.. I dontd know what they do in the office.

Stupid, uneducated and non responsible staff, my courier is there since 29 days but no one is care to deliver or call. Even i personally then also they were not serious to handover. All government department should be privatize then see the quality.

I have sent a post 8 days back for my brother on Raakhi but my post has not been delivered yet . Even no status of the post has been updated after reaching ADALAJ SO.No one pick call .In other cities indian post office delivered letters on Sunday also because it was Raakhi but I think Adalaj So celebrate holiday on working day too thats why post dont reaches destination on time .Must say a very slow and irresponsible branch of Indian Post.

No Phone Call Receives and I dont get parcel from 2 weeks

PO is 300m far from adalaj stepwell.As per my experience mailing system very very slow.Sometimes they cant reach out for delivery.

So Pathetic Service....Didnt recieved my mail for many months.Calling for tracking but they are not receiving call.

They should delete there number..if they dont want to answer customers calls.
