One of the worst experience in this hotel. I have booked this for my Family and booked two rooms from 30th October for 1 night stay. Once they reached at the reception, nobody from their staff were helpful and courteous about giving us the pleasure of staying at the hotel. My family saw the rooms and the rooms were tiny, filthy, bed sheets were not changed, smelly, the bathroom was dirty and taps were not working, the AC was in the corridor were the water was dripping from it and it was dangerous for the my family who could have hurt themselves, the telephone was not working either so if they had to order anything they had to go downstairs. no service was provided whatsoever. Due to holiday season, and the Mount Abu trip was planned so cancelling this and staying somewhere else at the last min was not the option. It was such a horrible experience. To add to this, When it was asked to give extra towels because we had 2 beds arranged in each rooms, they denied saying that they only provide 1 towel per room. This is bizarre and I would not recommend anyone travelling to Abu MUST NOT STAY AT HOTEL DURGA.P.S. If I had no star option, I would have given that, but 1 star is mandatory.
