Hotel from outside is good but from inside it is in bad condition and during weekends they charge a lot just double or triple of their charges. Services are also not so good. Staff behaviour was unprofessional.

Very bad experience!! If you are looking for family stay then this hotel is a bad choice . they allow drunken people at same floor beside your room and theres lot of chaos. Also workers are not co operative . they have A.C , tv which does not work . if we let them know about some issue ....after knowing thou they act as they dont know . we daily planned to get out early to reach our planned tour but bcoz of thier bad service of water we used to get late . hot water service is very bad they provide after letting them know for thousand times. Its at cheap rate guys bt your experience will be worst.

It was a nice stay at hotel Kunal. The staff is nice. The hotel is clean and well maintained.It has restaurant and also gives food as ordered in room.I would like to specially mention the hotel manager Mr. Suresh. A very kind and gentle person.. he allowed us a early check-in and late check-out.. at a reasonable cost. He provided us a taxi at an affordable cost to visit all places in Mt. Abu..In short, It was a very wonderful stay at hotel Kunal.

It is located very near to Abu Road Station. Hotel Manager is very nice . They have excellent service given to us. Food of Kunal Restaurant is also very good and pocket friendly. They have given us a nice car for Mount abu visit. Highly rcommended.

There is no lift but staff is taking care of the luggage during check-in and check-out time and not asking for any tips for such service.... Provided hot water when required.... gave room service for dinner... room and washroom were very clean.... pleasant stay...will surely recommend for families....

Walk around 200m in road just in front of railway station to reach the hotel. The service is quick. The food is not so good but okay and eatable. Very near to Abu road railway station. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are OK. In lunch, I ordered Dal tadka and it didnt match my expectation. However dinner and breakfast was OK. Good hotel to stay if you need to visit mount Abu and need hotel near to Railway station.

Hotel Kunal is a good option to stay near Abu road railway station. The price was slightly on the higher side. Rooms have sufficient area and are well designed, ventilation could have been better. Bathrooms were also neat and clean. The only problem we faced was lack of hot water in early morning. The food of the restaurant has better quality than surrounding restaurants. The staff was helpful. Overall a decent hotel to stay overnight.

I went to kunal hotel to have lunch with my wife. We ordered a cottage cheese dish and standard Indian bread tawa roti. The food was good but the quantity was insufficient. We ordered one plate green salad as well. Its quanity was good. The rates were also reasonable against the quantity. Overall it was a good experience.
