It’s been 4 months since I have joined desi dance studio and yeah I have joined for aerobics classes and as I joined for aerobics I have lose my weight(4-5kg in 3 months), getting fit and yeah reduced so many health issues, trust me it’s safe, friendly and with nice environment too. We do mat exercises, dance, aerobics everything and it’s like losing weight, staying fit with full of fun and enjoyment and yes and age group can join even for dance or for aerobics.
