Behind the Shamshan Ghat Government Hospital and towards the west direction of Chhani Stadium. A committee of Kalyal Bhoomi Board also remains. Its current chairman is Mr. Lalchand ji Chahar and the treasurer is Mr. Vinod ji Bansal. He manages the maintenance of the welfare land from the entire cremation ground.
